The following form is to be completed to sign up for the FRC Smoky Mountain Regional Competition trip.

We're going back to the Smoky Mountain Regional Competition this year. This is an especially meaningful competition for us, because last season this is where we made it to the finals (only losing to the #1 seed alliance) and won the engineering inspiration award, securing our NASA-sponsored spot at the FIRST World Championship with teams from 50 countries.

We'd love for every student to be able to attend this year. This is really a great opportunity for your student to participate in an exciting competition and bond with their teammates in a chaperoned trip away from home. The Dublin Robotics Boosters and the coaches of team 1014 want to do everything we can to make this trip accessible to any student that wants to attend, so the boosters will be covering around half of the total cost of the trip.

Dates: Wednesday, April 2 to Saturday, April 5, 2025
Venue: Sevierville Convention Center, 202 Gists Creek Rd, Sevierville, TN
Hotel: Fairfield by Marriott, 3620 Sportsman Place, Kodak, TN
Transportation: Charter bus, leaving from Coffman High School
Food: Free breakfast at the hotel. Students are responsible for paying for other meals.
Sign Up Deadline: March 15, 2025 (we have to reserve the bus and hotel by this Saturday)
Cost: $300 per student

* Please note that robotics boosters registration is a separate form and fee from the Smoky Mountain trip. If you haven't already done so, please register with the boosters as well.
